Hi, I’m Dragos Crintea and these are some things about me.
I wrote my first program when I was 7 years old, and I remember it as if it was yesterday. I made a small turtle graphics program that drew a square on a black and white screen.
That moment changed everything. My path eventually led me to a PhD in physics, but my passion for computing remained constant. My mission crystallized early: build systems that help people excel at what they do best.
Knowledge-sharing has always been central to who I am. In 2015, I started the Frankfurt Data Analytics meetup out of fascination with predictive analytics and its power to create positive change. I wanted both to learn and to share that learning.
If you stop and think about it, in 2015, AI was barely on the radar, word2vec was the cutting edge we talked about. Fast-forward to today, and the landscape has transformed entirely. For better or worse, GenAI has arrived and is reshaping everything.
Values I live by
Curiosity
Curiosity is the fuel for everything I build. I believe that the best products come from a healthy dose of curiosity and a genuine enjoyment of the problem-solving process.
Growth
The landscape changes every week. I stay at the forefront by constantly experimenting, reading, and building.
Contribution
I believe in giving back to the community and sharing knowledge through open-source contributions and mentorship.
